According to Dr. Mughaiseeb, they face severe challenges in delivering essential supplies such as medicine, food, and water to a medical team that has been inside the Nasser Hospital for the past two weeks. Communication with the trapped team is nearly impossible, and the situation is deteriorating day by day.

Additionally, in the city of Rafah, hundreds of thousands of displaced Palestinians are densely packed. Medical services are overwhelmed, and decisions made by medical teams are incredibly difficult, often involving prioritization among the injured.

Some patients have undergone surgeries without proper anesthesia or pain relief due to the dire circumstances. The situation remains critical, and the challenges faced by medical personnel are immense.
