Israel Targets Iran’s Arak Nuclear Reactor

The Israeli military announced that its forces targeted Iran’s Arak nuclear reactor during overnight operations.

The Iranian Students’ News Agency (ISNA) reported on Thursday that an area near the Khondab Heavy Water Research Facility—part of Iran’s nuclear program—was hit in the Israeli strike.

The agency, citing officials, added that the facility had been evacuated prior to the attack and that there is no radiological threat.
