ASEZA announced that the plaza has been equipped with giant main display screens, along with three additional screens installed across the plaza's facilities and surrounding areas. This setup will allow the public to follow the match from multiple vantage points, in addition to designating organized zones to welcome families and youth within a safe and comfortable environment.

It added that the arrangements include providing free shuttle services from several locations within the city to the event venue, aiming to facilitate access for residents and visitors, regulate traffic during the event, and ensure their safe return.

As part of the media preparations, the authority’s media team implemented a promotional plan that included publishing announcements across social media platforms, digital screens, and billboards throughout various areas of Aqaba. This was supported by sending short text messages (SMS) containing event details, timings, and attendance guidelines.

The organizing entities confirmed their technical and logistical readiness to welcome the public, ensuring smooth organization and delivering an orderly group-viewing experience that matches the massive turnout expected for the match.

The gathering locations, free transportation routes, and gates opening hours for the public have been announced via the official platforms of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority and digital advertising screens.
