AMMAN — The markets in Irbid have been seeing large crowds during the permitted hours for shopping and buying Eid Al-Fitr needs and supplies, with the approach of the last 10 days of Ramadan.
Shop keepers in Irbid told the Jordan News Agency, Petra that the children’s clothing sector is seeing an uptick in shoppers during the early morning hours until five in the afternoon. Shopkeepers called on the government to allow them to open the markets after iftar so that citizens can make more purchases in anticipation of Eid.
