AMMAN — Integrated Technology Group (ITG) recently
launched a training incubator specializing in smartphone programming and
development and targeting university graduates, particularly graduates in the
field of ICT.

The launch of the incubator was aimed at helping young
people and university graduates get into the labor market and land a job,
according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
The company has stated that the program would be conducted
in several rounds (each for a period of eight weeks) involving a number of IT
graduates, who will receive intensive specialized training under the
supervision of specialized trainers.
She noted that the performance of the trainees in each round
will be subjected to periodic evaluation, if the outcome of the evaluation
matches recruitment criteria, the trainee will be offered an opportunity to
work with the company.
