Ajloun city celebrates centenary

AMMAN — the streets and buildins of Ajloun Governorate were covered with fluttering flags on Sunday, in celebration of Jordan’s first centennial, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.اضافة اعلان

Ajloun Governor Salman Al-Njada stressed that the national occasion calls for adequate preparations and highlighting.

He added that efforts were exerted to raise flags in streets, town squares, government buildings, and tourist attractions, also noting that Ajloun Castle will be lit in the evening in celebration of the milestone, according to Petra.
