The number of automated services launched on institutions’ service platforms reached 437, of which 49 were completed during 2021 and 27 services are ready to launch.

Hanandeh pointed out that during 2022 most of these services will be digitized and provided through one platform in addition to services that affect the lives of citizens, individuals and companies.

According to the digital transformation plan, there will be more than 400 fully digitized services on Sanad platform before the end of 2022 covering more than 80 percent of Jordanians' needs for government services and supported by an integrated digital payment system.

The ministry seeks to implement the e-government program by applying "strategies for digital transformation" to support the digital economy through the use of information and communication technology to offer reliable integrated digital services that raise the efficiency of the government apparatus in partnership with private sectors.

It also strives to provide smart digital channels such as an e-government portal and smartphone applications, raise citizens' awareness of digital services, prepare an e-participation policy and provide an advanced digital infrastructure that is easy to access and use by individuals and companies, all of which would contribute to stimulating economic growth.
