Abdullah Al-Qudah, Director of the National Olive Festival, announced that the Ministry of Agriculture has decided to refund fees to bakery and oven owners participating in the festival grounds, with the festival management covering the costs. Only a JD 20 deduction will be applied for gas and cleaning services, compared to the previous JD 100 per day.اضافة اعلان

Al-Qudah said on Saturday that the decision comes in recognition of the operational challenges faced by food service providers at the festival, aiming to support and encourage them to provide better service without additional financial burden.

He noted that the previous fee had been imposed in past years due to the significant increase in applicants and the limited efficiency of some participants. The festival management adopted the fee as a tool to screen participants capable of meeting quality and continuity standards.

Al-Qudah emphasized that the festival continually seeks to enhance professionalism across its facilities, closely monitoring unacceptable practices, including attempts by some families to secure more than one table by registering under multiple names. He confirmed that such violations have been identified and documented with photos of the affected tables.

He added that the festival management will take strict legal measures against violators in future editions to ensure fairness among participants and maintain the festival’s reputation and quality of the visitor experience.

Al-Qudah affirmed that the festival management remains committed to ongoing development, improvement, and careful monitoring of all details to ensure a fair and organized environment for all participants, and a more enjoyable and orderly experience for visitors.
