AMMAN — Israel’s official TV channel
reported on Friday that Jordan banned entry to six Israelis, preventing them
from taking part in the Asian Triathlon Championship held in the Kingdom on
Saturday, Khaberni reported.
Channel “Makan33” reported that the six Israelis were
supposed to to participate in a competition, but were all refused entry. A
Israeli daily newspaper stated that the team banned entry was the Israeli
triathlon team, which was seeking to participate in the Asian triathlon Cup
held in Jordan on Saturday.
