Safadi meets with UN special envoy on Yemen

AMMAN — Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Al-Safadi met with Special Envoy for the UN Secretary-General for Yemen Martin Griffiths on Wednesday to discuss efforts to end the war in Yemen.اضافة اعلان
    
The foreign minister stressed the importance of intensifying the efforts to end the continuous humanitarian crisis via UN Security Council’s 2216 resolution, adding that it is essential to implementing the Stockholm agreement, Al-Hudaydah agreement, and the Saudi initiative to reach a solution in Yemen.

Safadi also condemned all attacks carried out by Houthis targeting Saudi Arabia, noting that the security of Saudi Arabia and all Gulf states is essential to the security of Jordan, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
