Royal committee for revamping political life to meet in coming days — sources

AMMAN — Members of the newly formed Royal committee for revamping political life will be summoned to a meeting during the next couple of days to come up with a road map for achieving plans stipulated in His Majesty King Abdullah’s letter, according to sources in the committee. اضافة اعلان

The Royal Letter’s most important pillars include drafting new election and political parties laws and looking into constitutional amendments connected to the two laws and the mechanisms of parliamentary work.

The committee, composed of 92 members, including political, ideological, and sector representatives, is responsible for submitting recommendations on developing legislation, regulating local administration, expanding decision-making participation, and creating a political and legislative environment conducive to the active engagement of youth and women in public life.
