The sources indicated that the occupation’s shelling caused extensive destruction to buildings and homes, amid ongoing efforts to retrieve the victims and provide medical aid to the wounded under difficult humanitarian conditions and severe shortages of medical and relief supplies.
The sources pointed out that among the martyrs, seven Palestinians were shot by the occupation forces while waiting to receive aid in the central Gaza Strip.
A Palestinian was also martyred and others injured in shelling on the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood southeast of Gaza City, while another Palestinian was martyred in Israeli shelling in central Khan Younis city.
The occupation army continued its aggression on the Gaza Strip, demolishing an entire residential block in the town of Al-Qarara northeast of Khan Younis city in the southern Gaza Strip, resulting in massive destruction and the displacement of more families.
In Gaza City, intensive artillery shelling continues alongside gunfire from occupation vehicles east of the city, while artillery fire targeted Al-Sikka Street in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood.
Additionally, an Israeli drone launched an attack on a group of Palestinians near an aid distribution point on Al-Tina Street south of Khan Younis, causing injuries among civilians waiting to receive aid amid the siege and worsening humanitarian crisis in the Strip.
