Several new sets of regulations were published in Thursday’s issue of Jordan’s Official Gazette, including the 2026 Instructions for Granting Management Systems Certifications.
The issue also included the 2026 Instructions for Granting Product Conformity Certificates, as well as the 2026 Instructions for Granting Halal Certification for Food Products.
It also published the 2026 Instructions for Granting the Jordan Quality Mark Certificate, in addition to the 2026 Instructions for Granting Halal Certification for Cosmetics and Personal Care Products.
The Gazette also included the 2026 Instructions for Granting Special Permits for Serving Alcoholic Beverages or Providing Entertainment, Artistic or Musical Services within Hotel and Tourism Establishments.
It further contained the 2026 Instructions for Granting Permits to Serve Alcoholic Beverages and Provide Entertainment Services in Tourist Restaurants.
The issue also included amended 2026 corporate governance instructions for listed public shareholding companies.
