The Ministry of Water and Irrigation / Water Authority announced the detection of 9 violations on water lines in Na'our—with diameters of 2 inches and 1 inch—used to illegally supply houses, as part of its campaign to tighten control over water resources.

The Ministry explained that its inspection teams in the Internal Control Unit, in cooperation with Miyahuna Company, the Water Basins Directorate, and the Central Workshops, alongside the Ministry of Interior and with support from the Public Security Directorate / South Na'our Police Station and the Royal Administration for Environmental Protection, detected these violations.
It further noted that based on received information, the campaign was organized on Sunday morning, July 5, leading to the removal of the violations, the repair of the lines, and the filing of official reports on the incident, while investigations remain ongoing.
The Ministry - Water Authority, in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior and the Public Security Directorate, continues its efforts to maintain strict control over water resources across various regions of the Kingdom to achieve general deterrence.
