AMMAN — Chief Commissioner of the Independent Election Commission Musa Maaytah stressed the importance of empowering university students in politics, according to the Jordan News Agency, petra. The engagement, he noted, should be in line with the Royal directives and the outcomes of the Royal Committee to Modernize the Political System, as reflected in the constitutional and legal amendments, which lowered the candidate’s age in parliamentary elections.
