Jordan’s population exceeds 11 million

AMMAN — The Department of Statistics confirmed that Jordan’s population reached 11.1 million residents as of Sunday, according to Khaberni.

The figure includes all residents of the Kingdom, including Jordanians and foreigners. The department estimates the number of Jordanians who have a national Jordanian ID at about 7 million.
