Jordan records 381 cases on Saturday

AMMAN   — The number of COVID-19 cases recorded on Saturday reached 381, while 10 deaths were recorded in Jordan, bringing the death toll to 10,368 and the caseload to 794,350.اضافة اعلان

Breaking down Saturday’s tally, the Ministry of Health stated that Amman recorded 127 cases, while Zarqa recorded 79 cases.

Irbid registered 41 cases, while Balqa recorded 2 cases.

Karak recorded 16, Jerash recorded 16 cases, and Tafileh recorded 23.

Madaba registered 6 cases, Aqaba 34, and Ajloun 11.

Mafraq registered 9 new cases.

Ramtha recorded 1 cases.

The ministry added in a statement that some 46 hospitalized COVID-19 patients had recovered and were discharged from hospitals, while 63 were admitted.

The number of active COVID-19 cases in the Kingdom stands at around 12,140 according to the Ministry of Health.

Around 2.21 percent of the 17,249 COVID-19 tests that were conducted today came back positive.
