Jordan declared free of new Coronavirus variant, JN. 1

AMMAN – On Saturday, the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Health for Primary Health Care, Raed Al-Shbool, confirmed that Jordan is free of the new fast-spreading coronavirus variant, JN. 1.اضافة اعلان

Al-Shbool said that after the genetic sequencing of the JN. 1 variant, it was found that no cases have been recorded in Jordan, Al-Mamlaka TV reported.
He explained that the coronavirus infections are considered seasonal influenza according to the WHO’s classification.
