Furthermore, he instructed ministries and government departments to begin preparing their 2027 budgets to enable the government to submit the budget within its constitutional deadline, aiming for its approval by Parliament before the end of the current year.

The Prime Minister emphasized the importance and priority of strategic capital projects and the government's contribution to them, particularly in the water, transport, and energy sectors. This is in addition to continuing spending on the health, education, and digitization sectors to implement the Economic Modernization Vision and advance the administrative development program.

He also directed the Minister of Finance to develop a clear plan aimed at reducing the operational expenses of ministries, as well as government and independent institutions, by 15% during the coming year.

He stressed the importance of giving special attention to the social safety net next year to enable low-income citizens to cope with economic pressures resulting from regional conditions and their impact on the economy. He also emphasized continuing to allocate sufficient funds to sustain subsidies for wheat, livestock fodder, gas cylinders, and national aid, with a value exceeding half a billion dinars, in addition to the funds allocated for the University Student Support Fund.
