AMMAN — The Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) states that the hot air mass may persist until the beginning of the next month. Today, there will be a slight increase in temperatures, leading to hot weather in most regions of the Kingdom and extremely hot conditions in Badia, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Meanwhile, on Sunday, the impact of the hot air mass will deepen, with temperatures rising even further, reaching about 4 to 5 degrees Celsius above the average for this time of the year. On Monday, there will be a slight drop in the temperature. The highs in East Amman are expected to reach 35 degrees Celsius, while West Amman experiences temperatures of 33 degrees Celsius. Aqaba and the Dead Sea will have highs of 43 degrees Celsius.
