The program, initiated in collaboration with the US Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Local Health System Sustainability Project, will be conducted in a number of Jordanian Royal Medical Services hospitals.

HCAC’s CEO Salma Al-Jaouni said the program will enable participants to train cadres on addressing and managing the pandemic.

Jaouni said partnerships with USAID and the Jordanian Royal Medical Services improved the quality of health services during the pandemic by preparing hospitals, expanding protective measures, increasing COVID-19 test measures, and carrying out educational campaigns.

Participants can be trained through HCAC’s online training portal, EJAWDA, she added.
