AMMAN — On Monday, the Kingdom continues to experience the effects of a cold, humid air mass. Temperatures are dropping, bringing intermittent cold, cloudy, and rainy conditions to most areas. The southwestern regions, including the Dead Sea area, are expected to face heavy rain, with potential thunderstorms and hail, especially in the morning, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.اضافة اعلان

Winds from the northwest will be strong, with gusts occasionally exceeding 60 km/h in some areas. The intensity of rain and wind is expected to decrease tonight, but fog is likely over mountainous and plain regions.

The Jordanian Meteorological Department (JMD) warns of flash floods in valleys and low areas, particularly in the southwest and the Dead Sea region. Strong winds may cause reduced visibility on roads due to rainfall, low clouds over mountains, and dust in desert areas.

Weather Outlook for Tuesday and BeyondTuesday brings a slight temperature increase, with relatively cold conditions persisting in most areas but milder in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. The morning may see light, scattered showers in the north and central regions. Winds will be moderate and northwesterly, becoming more active in the east.

Wednesday's forecast indicates another mild temperature rise, with cold weather in most areas and moderate temperatures in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Expect some clouds at medium and high levels, and moderate to active southeasterly winds causing dust, especially in deserts.

On Thursday, temperatures will slightly rise again, leading to mild weather in most regions and moderate temperatures in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Clouds are expected at medium and high levels, especially in the east. Winds will be moderate and easterly, shifting to northwesterly in the evening.
