The Group considers any unauthorized use of the “Habibah” name or trademark a clear violation of its intellectual property and commercial rights. It affirms that it will take all necessary legal actions within the United States and beyond to safeguard its brand and the reputation it has built over decades.
Furthermore, Al-Haj Mahmoud Habibah & Sons Sweets – the original brand – stresses that it has not announced or granted any new franchise or license for its trademark in the United States to date.
