Ayla and ATG Sign Agreement to Supply and Operate Smart Air Conditioning Systems
Ayla Oasis Development Company signed an agreement today with Arab Technical Group (ATG) to supply, install, and operate advanced smart air conditioning systems for Phase II of the Island Apartments project in Ayla.
The agreement was signed by Eng. Sahl Dudin, CEO of Ayla Oasis Development, and Eng. Emil Ghori, CEO of ATG, in the presence of executive management members from both Ayla and ATG.
This agreement, which crowns a long-standing partnership between the two parties, assigns ATG the responsibility of delivering a comprehensive package of services — from supply to operation — for Daikin-brand smart air conditioning systems at Island No. 3, which spans a total area of 12,082 m².
The initiative aims to enhance the quality of tourism services in Phase II of the Island Apartments and meet the growing demand for Ayla’s high-end tourism, leisure, and hospitality offerings. The partnership reflects ATG’s continued commitment to delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-efficiency HVAC solutions aligned with Ayla’s environmental sustainability standards.
During the signing, Eng. Sahl Dudin expressed his satisfaction with the ongoing collaboration with ATG, emphasizing their shared reliance on smart and sustainable technologies that align with Ayla’s vision as an exceptional tourism destination offering the very best to its visitors.

It is worth noting that ATG was also the main supplier of air conditioning systems for Phase I of both the Island Apartments and the Golf Apartments projects in Ayla.
The development of Island No. 3 is part of Ayla’s broader master development plan and ongoing efforts to establish a sustainable destination that highlights both environmental and economic advantages, supporting Jordan’s national economic growth strategy.
