Among the most significant amendments is allowing professional clubs to register one Palestinian player as a domestic player, provided that the player has represented the Palestine senior or Olympic national team in at least six official matches.
The decision comes as part of the JFA's efforts to support the Palestinian people while also enhancing the level of competition in domestic tournaments.
The updated financial oversight regulations also maintain the spending cap for first-team signings and preserve the requirement that 20% of the spending limit be allocated to settling outstanding debts owed to players and coaches.
The amendments also include updates to the regulations governing the registration of players, as well as technical, administrative, and medical staff.
