The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply has issued two separate tenders to purchase quantities of wheat and barley.
The Ministry announced a tender for the purchase of either 100,000 tons or 120,000 tons of wheat, inviting interested parties to visit the Tenders Department to obtain a copy of the tender invitation, which includes the terms and specifications, for a non-refundable fee of 650 Jordanian dinars. The deadline for submitting bids is 2:00 p.m. next Tuesday.

The Ministry has also issued a separate tender to purchase the same quantities of barley, under the same terms and procedures. The deadline for submitting bids for the barley tender is 1:30 p.m. next Wednesday.
In both tenders, the Ministry requires bidders to provide a copy of a valid professional license, a copy of a commercial registration certificate certified no more than 30 days prior to the bid opening date, and a valid certificate of registration with the Chamber of Commerce. – (Petra)
