OCCUPIED WEST BANK — Saraya Al-Quds Battalion has denounced the actions of Palestinian Authority security forces towards its members as "heinous and despicable," indicating authorities' negligence and collaboration with the occupation in killing our people." اضافة اعلان

Meanwhile, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian National Liberation Movement (Fatah), called on Palestinian security forces to refrain from targeting resistance fighters, Al-Ghad reported.

These stances came after renewed clashes in several areas of Tulkarm Governorate in the West Bank between resistance fighters and Palestinian security forces, erupting following attempts by security forces to arrest youths in the governorate.

Footage broadcast by local Palestinian platforms showed armed confrontations between Palestinian resistance fighters and Palestinian security forces in the Nour Shams camp in Tulkarm. Palestinian media reported that Palestinian security forces were pursuing the leader of the Tulkarm battalion, "Abu Shuja'a," and his comrades.

The Saraya Al-Quds warned in a statement that "any attempt to arrest one of its fighters from Tulkarm to Jenin will be met with a harsh and explicit response."

The statement called on authorities in the Palestinian Authority to halt what it described as "futile actions" before matters escalate, urging the Palestinian people to "stand by the truth and denounce these heinous acts because they lead to an internal war that only benefits Israel and its spies."

On the other hand, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades said in a statement that "its fighters are a red line, and anyone who attempts to harm them will face a painful response," demanding that security forces refrain from targeting resistance fighters and release those detained.
Israeli Incursions

In other news, an Al Jazeera correspondent reported that Israeli occupation forces invaded the town of Marah Rabah south of Bethlehem. The correspondent also reported clashes between Palestinian youths and occupation forces after they invaded the town of Sa'ir north of Hebron.

Since the start of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, Israeli forces have intensified their operations in the West Bank, resulting in hundreds of martyrs and thousands of wounded.
