Death Toll in Gaza Exceeds 54,000 Since Start of Israeli Aggression

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Tuesday that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli assault on the Gaza Strip has risen to 54,056 martyrs, with 123,129 injuries since October 7, 2023.اضافة اعلان

In a statement, the ministry reported that 3,901 people have been killed and 11,088 injured since March 18 alone — the date marking the resumption of the Israeli offensive following a temporary ceasefire agreement.

The ministry added that in the past 24 hours alone, 79 martyrs and 163 injuries were recorded due to ongoing Israeli attacks and massacres. It emphasized that these figures do not include victims from northern Gaza, where access remains nearly impossible. A large number of people are still trapped under rubble, in streets, and unreachable by ambulance and civil defense crews.

The ministry reiterated that the current toll does not include the hospitals in northern Gaza due to the severe difficulty in accessing those areas.
