Seven people were martyred and three others injured early Saturday dawn in Israeli airstrikes targeting a house in southern Lebanon, according to the Lebanese National News Agency (NNA).

The agency reported that the Israeli occupation escalated its attacks on southern Lebanon starting at 3:00 AM on Friday-Saturday night, as its warplanes launched a series of airstrikes targeting the Ali Al-Taher heights on the outskirts of Nabatieh Al-Fawqa.
It added that the valley between the towns of Ansar and Zrarieh was hit by an airstrike, marking "the first to reach this geographical depth since the ceasefire two months ago."
The report noted that the aggression was accompanied by white phosphorus shelling targeting the Ali Al-Taher woods and heights.
Last June, Lebanon and Israel concluded a framework agreement that specifically stipulates the disarmament of Hezbollah, a gradual Israeli withdrawal from southern Lebanon, and the deployment of the Lebanese Army in the region, starting with "pilot areas."
However, Hezbollah rejected the agreement and refuses to surrender its arms. Its Secretary-General, Naim Qassem, stated on Tuesday that direct negotiations would bring Lebanon "nothing but shame, humiliation, disappointment, and successive concessions."
The pace of violence in Lebanon has decreased since the signing of an initial U.S.-Iranian agreement regarding the war in the Middle East in June, followed by the conclusion of the framework agreement.
Since the onset of the war, which left widespread destruction particularly in southern Lebanon, the country has recorded the martyrdom of more than 4,300 people, while 38 soldiers and civilian contractors have been killed in Israel.
