According to the report from the Meteorological Department, the Kingdom will be affected tomorrow, Wednesday, by a Khamsini low-pressure system. Temperatures will rise significantly, reaching 8 to 10°C above the seasonal average. The weather will be relatively hot in most regions and hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with some high clouds expected. Winds will be moderate southeasterly, gradually shifting in the evening to active southwesterly with strong gusts at times reaching 50 km/h, stirring dust in the western parts of the Kingdom.
On Thursday, a significant drop in temperatures is expected, bringing them back to around their seasonal average. The weather will be generally mild and dusty in the eastern and southeastern regions. By God's will, clouds will appear at various altitudes, and light, scattered showers are expected in western parts of the Kingdom. In the afternoon, parts of the eastern and southeastern regions may witness thunder showers accompanied by occasional hail. Winds will be moderate northwesterly, becoming active at times.
On Friday, the weather will be mild in most areas and warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with clouds appearing at various altitudes over the northern and central parts of the Kingdom. Winds will be moderate southwesterly to westerly, occasionally becoming active.
