Temperatures on Thursday are expected to be around their seasonal averages for this time of year. The weather will be pleasantly mild in most regions and warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with medium- and high-level clouds appearing.

There is also a chance of light rainfall for a short period in limited parts of the northeastern Badia. Winds will be moderate easterlies, occasionally becoming active and raising dust, especially in desert areas, before shifting to northwesterly in the evening.

The Meteorological Department warned in its report of reduced horizontal visibility due to dust in many areas, particularly in the Badia, and called on citizens—especially those with respiratory conditions—to take the necessary precautions.

Today’s maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to range as follows:
 • East Amman: 19°C / 8°C
 • West Amman: 17°C / 6°C
 • Northern Highlands: 16°C / 6°C
 • Sharah Highlands: 17°C / 5°C
 • Badia regions: 22°C / 7°C
 • Plains: 20°C / 7°C
 • Northern Jordan Valley: 26°C / 12°C
 • Southern Jordan Valley: 28°C / 16°C
 • Dead Sea: 27°C / 15°C
 • Gulf of Aqaba: 27°C / 14°C

On Friday, the weather will remain mild in most areas and warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with clouds appearing at various altitudes. During the evening hours, there will be a chance of scattered light rain showers in parts of the southern regions of the Kingdom. Winds will be moderate southeasterly to southwesterly, occasionally becoming active and raising dust, particularly in the Badia.

On Saturday, the Kingdom will be affected by a low-pressure system. The weather will be partly to mostly cloudy, with intermittent rain showers in various parts of the country, possibly accompanied by thunder and occasional hail. Winds will be southeasterly to southwesterly and active, with strong gusts at times—especially in southern regions—causing dust in many areas, particularly in the Badia.

By Sunday, another low-pressure system centered over the island of Cyprus is expected to affect the Kingdom. Temperatures will drop noticeably, and the weather will become relatively cold in most areas. Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy, with rainfall beginning in the early morning hours across northern and central regions of the country, as well as limited parts of the southwestern and northeastern areas. Winds will be moderate to active southwesterlies with occasional strong gusts.
