Jordan will remain on Sunday under the influence of a cold and moist air mass associated with a low-pressure system, with a further drop in temperatures. The weather will be cold, cloudy, and rainy across most parts of the Kingdom. Rainfall is expected to be heavy at times during the morning hours in northern and central regions, as well as southwestern areas, accompanied by thunderstorms and hail.

Westerly winds will be active, with occasional strong gusts reaching speeds of 50–60 km/h, stirring dust in desert areas. Rainfall intensity is expected to gradually weaken during the evening and nighttime hours.

The Meteorological Department has warned of possible flash floods during the morning in valleys and low-lying areas in the north and center of the Kingdom and parts of the southwestern regions, including the Dead Sea area. Warnings also include strong winds and gusts, reduced horizontal visibility due to dust in desert areas—occasionally dropping to zero on desert highways—as well as reduced visibility due to fog and low clouds touching the ground, especially over mountainous highlands and plains, and slippery roads in areas experiencing rainfall.

Temperatures today in East Amman are expected to range between 10°C and 7°C, West Amman 8–5°C, northern highlands 6–4°C, Sharah highlands 7–3°C, desert areas 14–4°C, plains 11–7°C, northern Jordan Valley 17–9°C, southern Jordan Valley 20–9°C, the Dead Sea 19–11°C, and the Gulf of Aqaba 20–10°C.

The Meteorological Department told Al-Mamlaka that the Kingdom is expected to be affected by a new low-pressure system on Monday, with forecasts indicating heavy rainfall.

According to details, Jordan will be impacted on Monday by another low-pressure system centered east of the island of Cyprus. The weather will be cold and cloudy, with renewed rainfall in northern and central regions and parts of eastern and southwestern areas. God willing, rainfall is expected to be heavy at times in the north and center of the Kingdom and parts of the southwestern regions, accompanied by thunderstorms and hail.

Westerly winds will remain active with occasional strong gusts reaching 60–70 km/h, raising dust in desert areas, while rainfall intensity will gradually decrease during the nighttime hours.

On Tuesday, the weather will be cold in most regions and mild in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with clouds appearing at various altitudes. There is a chance of light rain showers during the morning hours in parts of northern and central Jordan. Winds will be moderate southwesterly, becoming active at times.

On Wednesday, temperatures will rise slightly, while the weather remains cold in most regions and mild in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Some clouds will appear at various altitudes, and southwesterly winds will be moderate, becoming active at times.
