The Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDC) announced the extension of the 50% exemption on the administrative value for inhabited buildings within treasury land projects until December 31, 2026. This step aligns with the Cabinet's decision and aims to ease the financial burden on citizens.

The corporation stated that the exemption covers treasury land projects in Mhai and Al-Qatraneh in the Karak Governorate, the Batrawi project in the Zarqa Governorate, and the Muhammadiyah project in the Ma'an Governorate.
HUDC urged the owners of inhabited buildings in these projects to take advantage of the discount and the facilities provided to them during this additional extension period.
It further explained that the accompanying package of facilities, which includes a 10-year installment plan with zero down payment and zero interest, remains in effect throughout the extension period.
