Data from the Ministry of Finance showed that foreign grants provided to Jordan dropped by 62.8% during the first seven months of 2025.

According to the Ministry’s figures, the value of grants amounted to around 29 million dinars, compared to 78 million dinars during the same period in 2024, marking a 62.8% decrease.اضافة اعلان

These grants are part of the government’s total public revenues, which recorded an increase during the same period, reaching about 5.5 billion dinars, compared to approximately 5.37 billion dinars in the corresponding period of last year.

The government’s total public debt, which accounts for all debt including the holdings of the Social Security Investment Fund, rose by about 0.2% at the end of July compared to June, according to the latest data issued by the Ministry of Finance.

In detail, total public debt by the end of July rose to 46.272 billion dinars, equivalent to 118.5% of GDP, compared to 46.013 billion dinars in June, which represented around 118.3% of GDP. –(Al-Mamlaka TV)
