The Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply has fixed the selling price of barley for all livestock breeders—cattle, poultry, camels, and horses, excluding sheep—as well as for companies importing live livestock for December, at the same rate as in September, JD 245 per ton, including sales tax.

The ministry also fixed the subsidized barley price for sheep breeders, according to lists provided by the Ministry of Agriculture, at JD 175 per ton.
Ministerial Decision No. 129 of 2025 maintained the subsidized price of bran for sheep breeders, as per Ministry of Agriculture records, at JD 77 per ton, while the price of bran for other livestock breeders—cattle, poultry, camels, horses, and others—remains JD 157 per ton, in accordance with the ministry’s instructions, including sales tax.
According to Decision No. 72 of 2025, the ministry collects a fixed fee of JD 1,450 for each exported vehicle loaded with local live sheep, based on the provisions of Paragraph (b) of Article 6 of the Import and Export Law No. 21 of 2001.
