Amman Stock Exchange Index Rises

The general index of share prices listed on the Amman Stock Exchange rose by 1.16%, closing the week at 2,876 points.

The total weekly trading volume stood at 58 million dinars, down from 62 million dinars the previous week. The number of shares traded during the week was about 33.2 million, executed through 18,147 transactions.
