According to these sources, one of the drones crashed near Nakhchivan Airport, while the second fell near a school in the region. Preliminary reports indicate that two people were injured as a result.
In response, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the summoning of the Iranian Ambassador to Baku following the incident, confirming its condemnation of the attacks targeting the region.
The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry stated that it demands an urgent clarification from Iran regarding the drone strikes, emphasizing that Baku reserves the right to respond to what it described as an "aggression."
