Value of foreign grants to Jordan decreased by 59.4% by May - Ministry

AMMAN — The value of foreign grants extended to Jordan decreased by 59.4 percent by the end of May. According to data from the Ministry of Finance, external grants decreased during the first five months of the current year to JD17 million, compared to JD41.9 million during the same period of the previous year. The size of grants provided to Jordan in the previous year, 2022, was estimated at around JD792 million.
