The Unified Admission Coordination Unit will announce Thursday evening the results of unified admission for bachelor's degree programs at Jordan's public universities for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Minister of Education and Human Resources Development Azmi Mahafzah said the unit will begin sending text messages to students at 7 p.m. informing them of their admission nominations. Detailed results and competitive admission rates will subsequently be published on the unit's website.
Mahafzah added that, for the first time this year, unified admission results will also be available through the Sanad application.
Mahafzah said the unified admission list to be announced Thursday evening for the 2026-2027 academic year will not include the admission list for students with disabilities.
Director of the Unified Admission Coordination Unit and ministry spokesperson Muhannad Al-Khatib explained that the delay in announcing the admission list for students with disabilities was coordinated with the Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
He said the delay is intended to give the council additional time to review applications submitted by students seeking disability identification cards. Students who obtain the cards can compete for seats allocated to students with disabilities.
According to Al-Khatib, the procedure aims to preserve the opportunities of all students who meet the requirements for obtaining the identification card, while also ensuring fairness and equal opportunities.
He added that students with disabilities who are nominated for admission in the list announced Thursday evening will initially receive nominations through the open competitive admission system. Once the unit receives the final list from the Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities of students who meet the eligibility requirements, those students will compete again for seats allocated to students with disabilities, which could improve their admission nominations.
