The new services include a Swift Response to Complaints feature and a dedicated electronic platform for receiving development proposals from the public under the slogan, “Your Voice Is Heard, Your Idea Makes a Difference.”

The corporation said the Swift Response to Complaints service will allow insured individuals, retirees, companies and institutions to submit complaints directly through the application, track their status in real time and receive responses within specified timeframes. The service is designed to ensure complaints are handled efficiently and transparently without the need to visit branches or use intermediaries.

Regarding the development proposals platform, the corporation said it will give citizens an opportunity to actively contribute to improving its services and procedures by submitting ideas and feedback. These proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by specialized teams, with potentially beneficial ideas considered for adoption to improve the experience of service recipients.

SSC spokesperson and Assistant Director General for Insurance Shaman Al-Majali said in a statement on Sunday that the launch of the services is in line with the corporation’s digital transformation approach and its efforts to place service recipients at the center of its priorities.

He said the slogan, “Your Voice Is Heard, Your Idea Makes a Difference,” reflects the corporation’s commitment to building a direct relationship with the public, listening to their views and responding to their needs quickly and effectively.

Al-Majali added that the corporation views complaints and proposals as a genuine opportunity for continuous improvement, urging citizens to download the application, make use of its new services and contribute their ideas to the development of the service system.
