Senate Approves Response to the Royal Throne Speech

The Jordanian Senate, headed by its president Faisal Al-Fayez, approved on Monday the final draft of its response to the Royal Throne Speech, which was delivered by His Majesty King Abdullah II to open the second ordinary session of the 20th Parliament.اضافة اعلان

Both the Senate and the House of Representatives will submit their formal responses to His Majesty the King on Wednesday.

In an earlier session, the Senate had elected five members to prepare the response draft: Samir Al-Rifai, Abdul Ilah Al-Khatib, Mohammad Daoudia, Khawla Al-Armouti, and Dr. Hayel Obeidat. (Petra)
