Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Ayman Safadi, stated that Jordan condemns the brutal aggression against Qatar, describing it as a clear violation of international law and reflective of the “rogue” approach of Netanyahu’s government in dealing with the region.

Speaking at a joint press conference with his Croatian counterpart, Gordan Radman, in Amman on Wednesday, Safadi emphasized Jordan’s full support for Qatar in safeguarding its security, affirming that “Qatar’s security is Jordan’s security.”
Safadi added that the international community must act to curb Israel’s aggressive policies in the region. He stressed that the continued destruction of Gaza and the undermining of peace opportunities are unacceptable.
He highlighted Croatia’s support for the two-state solution and the end of the war in Gaza, stating, “We thank Croatia for supporting the two-state solution as the only path to achieving just and comprehensive peace in the region.”
Safadi also noted that intensive talks were held with the Croatian Foreign Minister to discuss political, economic, defense, and investment relations, as well as other areas of cooperation between the two countries. Regional developments were also reviewed during the discussions.
