Relatively hot weather forecast for weekend

AMMAN— The weather, on Friday, is forecast to be relatively hot in hilly areas and plains and hot in Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and the port city of Aqaba, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra. اضافة اعلان

Winds will be northwesterly moderate, picking up at times, the JMD added.

Temperatures in Amman on Friday will range between a high of 33 degrees Celsius during the day, and a low of 19 degrees at night.

In Aqaba, it will be very hot during the day with 40 degrees, dropping to 28 degrees at night.

On Saturday, similar weather conditions are forecast to prevail, with northwesterly moderate winds.
