Police officers sued for misconduct

AMMAN — Public Security Department (PSD) Director Maj. Gen. Hussein Al-Hawatmeh, ordered the arrest and legal action against an officer and a number of policemen at the Police Correction and Rehabilitation Center after verifying the authenticity of a video that showed them violating the law and proper code of conduct in dealing with a member of the Armed Forces.اضافة اعلان

In a statement on Saturday, the PSD said it would not hesitate to take action against and hold to account those who commit such transgressions, tarnish the department’s image of the law enforcement agency.
