PM visits Madaba, says country is ‘on the recovery path’

Prime Minister Bisher Al-Khasawneh said Sunday, during a visit to Madaba, that His Majesty King Abdullah has a comprehensive reform vision that entails the modernization of the political, economic, and administrative system, according to Al-Rai. اضافة اعلان

Khasawneh met with city notables, in implementation of His Majesty’s instructions of sounding people’s needs in all governorates and working to improve their living conditions. 

“We closed the coronavirus chapter, and are currently on the recovery path,” said Khasawneh, adding that the government will harness all available potentials in order to make Madaba a capital of Arab tourism.

Khasawneh added that the ministries of planning and water need to find the necessary funding to tackle the issue of mud dams and water wells, and directed the Ministry of Health to ensure that specialized staff is hired for the hospital in Madaba and all other governorates.
