AMMAN — A Jordanian drowned Monday evening after falling in a culvert box in the Safout area, in northern Amman, according to Khaberni. The young man, who was driving a scooter, slipped because of the heavy rain that fell in Amman, Monday evening. The sloping Sweileh-Safout road the reason many vehicles skid on in the winter.
