A military source at the General Command of the Jordan Armed Forces – Arab Army said that three missiles launched from Iranian territory landed in several locations inside Jordan in the early hours of Sunday, with no casualties reported. The incident resulted only in minor material damage.
The source added that Royal Engineering Corps teams were immediately dispatched to the affected sites, where they secured the areas and handled the missile debris and unexploded remnants in accordance with established technical and safety procedures. The relevant authorities continue to monitor the situation on the ground.
The source stressed that the Jordan Armed Forces – Arab Army will not allow the Kingdom’s airspace or territory to be used as a battleground that threatens Jordan’s security and stability. He affirmed that the armed forces will respond decisively to any threat against the country’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, or the safety of its citizens, emphasizing that all formations and units remain at the highest level of operational readiness to confront any potential threat.
