AMMAN — Jordan is expected to experience
a drop in temperatures and rainfall starting Friday and continuing into
Saturday, according to the Arabia Weather.

The Kingdom will be affected by an
extension of air depression, with a relatively cold and moist air mass rushing
from Europe.
Weather changes and wind gustsThe weather changes are expected to occur
on Friday with clouds at different altitudes appearing, and the possibility of
precipitation and sporadic showers of rain accompanied by thunder in the north
of the Kingdom.
Northwest winds are expected to gradually
increase during the day, with strong gusts sometimes exceeding the barrier of
60km/h. Dust is also expected in the desert regions of the south and east of
the Kingdom.
Cold and humid air mass
On the evening and night hours of Friday
and Saturday, Jordan will be affected by a relatively cold and humid air mass with
low atmospheric extension. A tangible drop in temperatures is expected to
occur, with the weather turning cold in most areas.
Surface humidity levels are also expected
to rise, and low clouds are likely to emerge, with the opportunity ripe for
local showers.
The Arab Weather Channel predicts that
the Kingdom will be increasingly affected by the relatively cold air mass on
Saturday with a decrease in temperatures.
The temperatures are expected to drop for
this time of the year by about 7–9°C
