The Jordan Post Company has issued a warning to citizens regarding fraudulent text messages and emails bearing the official Jordan Post logo. These messages, which appear to be from the company, claim there is a "lack of delivery information" or that a "package could not be delivered due to a missing address," and often prompt the recipient to update their personal data.

In a statement released on Monday, the company confirmed that Jordan Post does not send such messages and never requests financial information via SMS or email. It further clarified that all payment processes are conducted exclusively through "eFAWATEERcom" or upon physical delivery of the item.
The company stated that it has filed official reports with the Cybercrime Unit at the Public Security Directorate to trace the sources of these messages—whether originating from within Jordan or abroad—and to take the necessary legal actions.
Jordan Post emphasized the following precautions for citizens:
Ignore and delete any suspicious messages of this nature.
Do not engage with these links or messages in any way.
Verify authenticity by contacting Jordan Post’s customer service directly at (062005777).
