The Ministry of Interior said that 100 people obtained Jordanian citizenship through investment during the first 10 months of 2026.
The ministry said the number of applications for various types of visas reached nearly 207,000.
It added that applications for annual residency permits for various purposes totaled approximately 56,000.
The ministry noted that nearly 155,000 Syrians received approval for tourist visas to visit Jordan for a specified period before leaving the Kingdom. Of these, around 144,000 arrived from Syria, while 10,500 were Syrians holding European travel documents.
The ministry also announced that 17,000 decisions had been issued to deport foreigners from the Kingdom for violating applicable legislation.
